Arthashastra and Confest 2026

The Commerce Eco Council, the Consumer Care Council, along with the Grey Matters Club of Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj, successfully hosted the 16th edition of Arthashastra and Confest on 22 May 2026, carrying forward the rich legacy of this prestigious intellectual and creative fest.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from numerous schools across Delhi-NCR, providing a dynamic platform to students to exhibit their talents in business strategy, economic analysis, consumer awareness, innovation, and quizzing excellence.

A total of ten engaging events were conducted in both online and offline modes. These included:
सो ना & SATIRE – an online meme-making competition where participants creatively highlighted the effects of gold prices on the Indian economy through humour and economic insight.
Lights, Camera & Say Fayol! – an innovative cinematic event where participants showcased Fayol’s principles of management through impactful movie clips and visual storytelling.
Digital Deceptions – a digital comic creation event that spread awareness about modern consumer risks such as AI scams, dark patterns, and impersonation.
• Consumer Web – an interactive web-design challenge where participants developed digital platforms promoting consumer protection and awareness.
Stock Wars – a thrilling multi-round stock market simulation testing participants’ analytical thinking, risk-taking abilities, and investment instincts.
Chic-et Simple – a distinctive blend of fashion and marketing where participants transformed products into creative fashion statements through ramp presentations.
• Polaroid – an insightful event where participants analysed economic issues depicted through photographs and proposed practical solutions.
Legal Ledger – a competitive consumer law event that challenged participants to debate and resolve real-world disputes through the lens of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Impact Chronicles – an innovation and entrepreneurship-based pitching event where participants designed practical social impact solutions for real-world consumer issues.
Rethink, Rewire – a high-intensity business, economics, and technology quiz that tested participants’ logical reasoning, financial literacy, and quick thinking.

These events were meticulously designed to encourage creativity, critical thinking, entrepreneurial vision, consumer consciousness, and collaborative learning among students.

The event concluded with the Valedictory Ceremony, where winners across all events were felicitated for their exceptional performances, and the prestigious Rolling Trophy was awarded to Delhi Public School Dwarka.
