Cambridge Day Celebration
The Cambridge Wing of the school organised Cambridge Day for its Early Years and Primary classes on 28th January, 2026. The event reflected the Cambridge philosophy of nurturing confident, curious, and engaged learners through a vibrant blend of exhibitions, performances, and interactive activities, with enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and parents.
The celebration was honoured by the presence of eminent dignitaries, Mrs. Dolly Chanana, Joint Director, The DPS Society; Dr. C.S. Lalith Prasad, Head – Professional Development, South Asia, Cambridge University Press and Assessment; and Mr. Inderpal Singh, Regional Manager, Cambridge University Press and Assessment. Their esteemed presence and valuable insights greatly enriched the event and reaffirmed the commitment of the school to academic excellence and the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum.
A special highlight was the dance drama “The World is Our Classroom”, featuring 100% student participation from Nursery to Class IV. The performance concluded with the message “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – The world is one family”, beautifully reinforcing the values of global citizenship and experiential learning.
Early Years learners engaged in sing-along action rhymes curated by parents, interactive storytelling sessions, and hands-on craft activities linked to global learning themes, fostering creativity, communication, and joyful learning.
Cambridge Primary (Stages 1–4) students showcased their learning through the Little Innovators Exhibition, presenting projects in Science, Mathematics, English, and ICT, including an introduction to AI concepts. A Mini Art Show displayed creative artwork from Nursery to Class IV, highlighting imagination and self-expression.
