The junior wing of DPS Vasant Kunj celebrated the English Week with the theme 'To love, to enjoy and to explore English.' A variety of activities, workshops, competitions and movie shows were planned for classes III to VI. The students enjoyed participating in Intra class quizzes like Spell Well and What's the Good Word ? It was a great learning experience for them to participate in JAM competition and 'Face to Face' in which participants presented witty, humourous and imaginative dialogues highlighting social issues like illiteracy and child labour.
The highlight of the event was the movie show organized at DT cinema, DLF Promenade for classes II-VI. A special screening of the animated movie, RIO, resulted in boundless excitement among the students and teachers alike.
