On the 20th of December, the Environment Council of our school, DPS Vasant kunj had conducted an Assembly, in which Vimlendu Jha and Sunny Verma (along with his team from Swechha) gave a lecture to  the students on how Eco-Friendly Cycling is and also how we could create awareness to save the river Yamuna and improve its state. The Assembly conducted was a part of the Cyclethon organised by VSOI and Swechha. They sang two songs which were in relation to creating awareness about Yamuna Clean Campaign. Then a melodious song was presented by the school choir, “Kandhon Se Kadam Milte Hain”. The Assembly ended with the distribution of prizes for various events in which our school participated .
