Dear Parents,
We are all aware of the threat of the H1N1 influenza, which is looming large on the horizon. The best way to control the spread of the disease is through awareness and prevention. We have posted some important information about H1N1 and some Do’s and Don’ts on our website about the same (Please refer to Current Notices Section).
I would like to request you all to take precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the students. Kindly inform your child about the basic Do’s and Don’ts such as maintaining hygiene and staying away from people who have flu like symptoms.
Kindly do not send your child to school if he/she is suffering from flu like symptoms and in case of fever, ensure that he/she rests at home for five days. In case any student misses his/her Monday Test due to ill health he/she will be awarded the average marks on the basis of the second test, on submitting a Medical Certificate.
Any child with flu-like symptoms shall be sent to the School Clinic and the parents shall be informed immediately.
In the advent of any case of H1N1, the school should be informed immediately so that necessary measures may be taken to prevent further spread of the infection.
